Actually in the private industries quantum computing almost possible they very close. If the private industries are close no doubt in my mind the US military has cracked it. Some military analyst say they about 20 years ahead then what the public gets to see.

Its possible and of-course if the US military actually made the first AI it would be beyond top secret.
