Good find! - a bit more digging: Paul Tanico is the CIO at castlerock partners and he is the executive chairman of NeuroDiagnostics(NDx) (Synpas DX). Is it a coincidence that Rockefeller Neurosciences Institute, led by Dr. Alkon, is also part of NeuroDiagnostics?
