BUT I did a bit of digging, and the Owners of CAM pizza were recently arrested and charged with counts of theft and grand larceny they didn’t report earnings of 5 million dollars between 2011-2015 so they are facing criminal tax fraud charges. Is it possible to Pardon a non us citizen? I tried searching if this is possible for the U.S. president to do, I couldn’t find much of an answer from legitimate sources. But please don’t take my word for it, just adding my thoughts as to a possible explanation of why he wasn’t pardoned.
