Yeah, that area is north of me, closer to Johnson City, TN and Asheville, NC. Mountainous geography, a lot of remote areas, and good people. As anyone around here will tell you, folks are welcome here, but please don't come as a Missionary but rather as a Refugee. If people bring bad voting habits here from whatever hell hole they ruined back home, then in time this place too will become despoiled and unlivable.

I’m right outside of Johnson City. If you have the capital, you want to look into Sevierville/Gatlinburg if you’re a developer.

Keep blue voting habits wherever you are though. We are primarily red and would like to keep it that way
