I have a WeBull account and can still purchase, even at a limit. you can purchase via a "Loop Hole" if the stock has been limited by your broker by buying an option (Warning: this means you are buying at least 100 shares)

Go to Feb 5 Options
Go to bottom of [CALL] list
Buy stock (GME,EXPR,AMC,etc...) [CALL] option with cheapest +x.xx%
Immediately Exercise
