My sleep doctor at the VA said daylight savings time is the cause of many suicides. It’s TERRIBLE for the human system. Bad for mental heatlh. At least that’s what he said. And as far as doctors go he was very accurate and helpful, improving my sleep immensely.
Key points, try to go to bed at the same time every night, get up at the same time. Don’t spend longer than 15 min in bed if your feeling restless. You can program it brain: head hits pillow and out. I listen to the same movie every night and my brain quiets down.
