The DS probably already suspects something anyway and It's so vague as to not help them any more than a typical Q drop. This is as paranoid as people shouting "you doxxed someone" earlier in another post when all that was mentioned was a very common first name that could easily have been false and no other details.
"Loose Lips Sink Ships" was more about stopping things like personnel being dumb enough to mention actual dates and times in their letters home.
Normally id agree with you, and ive used that Quote a few times myself, it's a good one.
In this case however, Imo , I think the original poster was vague enough that this should be okay. If anything it will give some nice hopium to those that desperately need it.
