Star Wars Rogue One they use CGI for Moff Tarkin since the actor is dead, now imagine how the CGI on the military/gov side evolved over the last 5 years...plus that footage from earlier is taller then Bidan, moved faster then Bidan, Salute is too crisp for someone of his age and dementia and he used 2 steps at a time. If the real Bidan tried 2 steps at a time he would die from the fall.
