And why isn't White House capitalized? Capitalization means something.

I think they're taking a tip from Daniel Snyder. Now they're a more generic -- Washington Political Administration.

I think everything on Instagram is lowercase I could be wrong. Meant no disrespect with that. But also I did notice they haven’t been putting “DC” on the signs at the press meetings and also the other day at the pentagon meeting with military, it said “Washington” not DC.
