Well you posted the wrong link initially and had a lot of other odd things off, so I thought you weren't aware of this being present. Especially since you posted a mobile screenshot instead of desktop which doesn't make it easy to see hover effects like I'm calling out. I see no contextual evidence of what you're saying.
