Is this true? Lin Wood asked (required?) to take a mental health exam in order to retain his law license? The article supposedly quotes him as saying "I have done nothing wrong. I have only exercised my right of free speech," Wood said in that post. "I will not allow the State Bar to persecute me for doing so and thereby violate my Constitutional rights."

Has anyone asked Paula Frederick or anyone on the Executive Committee of the State Bar of Georgia how many times in the entire history of the organization they have demanded a Georgia lawyer undergo a mental health evaluation for his or her comments on social media?
Does the State Bar of Georgia regularly monitor the Facebook, Instagram, Parler, Twitter, etc. accounts of Georgia lawyers to identify mental health care issues?
Did the State Bar of Georgia demand a mental health care evaluation and a criminal investigation of lawyer David Ralston (GA Speaker of the House) when Governor Brian Kemp was presented with credible evidence that Ralston had sexually molested a minor child?
