I looked back, that day had a lot going on and the Anon's weren't picking up what Q was posting.

But to your question, military time is a 24 hour clock. If it's time those would be 1:34 AM and 1:37 AM. Or, they could be length of time. Was there a video posted on twit that was 1:34 long and then POTUS posted one 1:37 long to confirm anything?
