Old saying, "In the halls of justice the only justice is in the halls." Two tiers clearly spelled out. If you want your legal problems to go away quickly and certainly you pay up to a connected firm.

Translation of connected: A deal will be made before it ever hits the courtroom. Your attorney was in the same frat as the DA, ADA, judge, judge's son-in-law, etc. Go with any other firm and it is a crapshoot.
