I highly doubt the government will blackout the whole country if they even do a blackout at all! If it happens it’s most likely gonna be targeted areas. Just think of the mass panic that would ensure.

Old old rumor that when they start the trials and declass starts dropping is when the msm will do a blackout or perma commercial breaks, will occur to try and hide the truth...
