Did they really 'rule'? This article suggests the people who made the charge are being themselves investigated. Can't find any other sources. https://www.explica.co/covid-19-they-investigate-some-judges-in-peru-for-accusing-bill-gates-or-george-soros-of-creating-the-coronavirus/
