Specifically to the fuel. Yes.
Why? Wouldn’t it be easier and far more reliable to pollute water sanitation plants?
If the “aluminum” is somehow combusted and exhausted.....why not simply have it in car gasoline?
Cars and plants won't get to all areas they want to take back, like mountains in cali. There are uptake calculations and applying over areas via plane is more consistent and reliable
