They have no money. Potus filed bankrupcy on the corporation w only the Republic of the United States as sole beneficiary. Lol eventually it gets noticable when you can't fund projects light the White House or fuel AF1 lol This is why Hillary was panhandling through some some costume makers thing....like junkies w no money for their fix...
