There's something very strange about that video. Since when does she do promos for clothing designers--50 of them, to be exact. First thing I thought of was the 50 states. Then she stresses certain words. One word was "launched." She talks about displacement and return, etc. Then I went to look for military acronyms. Here are a few, and some could be relevant. CIC: Criminal Investigation Command Yeah, I'm not buying that as a normal promo.
