The General in Biden's photo is NOT an actor.

The General is wearing and overcoat and scarf where they do not wear their medals or ranks on. We have already had a few Vet Anons point this out several times on these very boards.

Notice, however, he still is wearing a legit General's cap and has two stripes on his coat sleeves - indicating a rank of a two-star general.

The big difference to notice though is in Trump's inauguration the General purposefully kept step with the President, even briefly pausing on one step to not step ahead of the CiC. In Biden's inauguration, the General purposefully keeps one step in front of Biden and Harris.

The military is a stickler for details and that is the one that should be focused on.
