What date did DNI Ratcliffe deliver the report on election interference to President Trump? ?️ DISCUSSION ?

There's a lot of chatter about dates and so forth, but can someone share both the date and reference as to when DNI Ratcliffe delivered his election interference report?

According to EO13848 Sections 1.a and 1.b, it appears as though the first 45 day deadline was December 18 and the 2nd delivery deadline of the report is February 1, 2021...

This is precisely why I'm asking, his reasoning is unfortunately off and thus my deeper consideration. I think things might be happening, but his math and reading appears to be off.

I'd strongly suggest we all go back and re-read the EO linked to above again here for careful consideration.
