What date did DNI Ratcliffe deliver the report on election interference to President Trump? ?️ DISCUSSION ?

There's a lot of chatter about dates and so forth, but can someone share both the date and reference as to when DNI Ratcliffe delivered his election interference report?

According to EO13848 Sections 1.a and 1.b, it appears as though the first 45 day deadline was December 18 and the 2nd delivery deadline of the report is February 1, 2021...

I believe you are correct. There were questions floating around as to why it was taking so long. I believe the release at that time was intentional.
