Was thinking the same thing. Report delivered to President, and who the hell is the real president right now or when this report comes out? If report finds a Manchurian candidate has been installed, certainly that person would not be considered the President. If the report proves fraud, then it would also (likely) prove that Trump won, and so would be recognized as President upon report delivery. This is the problem with datefagging. People need to hold the line and wait. No one knows. Too many variables.
