it's old news, it's been rigged for the longest time, there have been lawsuits over it since 10 years ago

look for commitment of traders COT on Silver (SI) March SIH1 Comex.

commercials are the miners they are always short

large speculators are the hedge funds

small speculators are the more retail guys
