which has a link to a download for the 88gb insurance file: https://t.co/j4V8NH2Xmn

Also from that first article posted it mentions there is a directory of torrents found here: https://file.wikileaks.org/torrent/

If you filter using "insurance" you'll see 3 torrents show up for the WL insurance. That article mentions multiple insurance files were released and I'm not sure if any of those files are the source file that everyone is looking for but figured I'd share the links here and see if that is helpful in any way.
