I may have been mixing it up with him claiming Epstein was alive..
Q didn't write "dead". An anon asked if JFK jr is alive and Q answered "No". If JFK jr changed his name then "No" would be valid. Or Q could simply be providing disinformation, which is, after all, the Q team's primary purpose. I've seen plenty of evidence that both John John and Carolyn are indeed alive. YMMV.

You may be thinking of his statement, something like, "you can ask Epstein yourself, he's alive." I don't remember him saying JFK jr was alive, but I could be wrong.
