Biden is not overwhelming the masses with popular policy or charisma. I don't know that such a strategy would work. After even more masks and lockdowns, people will be even more pissed. People were waiting for BBC vaccines. Now we've got those and the Biden team is screwing that up. I don't think people will readily give Biden credit for defeating the virus.
