They were shooting songbirds from the trees around Lake of the Isles Park with tiny bows and arrows too. I loved it, but it wasn’t a popular opinion.
Those guys were here because they helped us Fk up Charlie bigly, and they were getting slaughtered after we bugged out. They earned those birds and puppies dammit. They just shouldn’t have been transplanted to an urban environment. Reservation life would have delighted them. Lutheran Social Services thought otherwise. I don’t know how it all worked out but hear hipppie paradise is Somalia now, so not sorry I left.
