I agree it's him with lower face lift and undereye sag/cheeklift. But I think he has less hair, and that's a tell too, anaesthesia will cause hair loss.

PS The fact that he has so little hair to start with makes him a poor candidate for a brow lift, but he really wasn't too saggy for his age.
