Looking at news for insurance, UK, etc lead me to news on a medical insurance company named Sapiens out of Holon, Israel. I’m guessing MB and GB are file sizes.

Most likely. If it's GB it's videos, I'll bet. I won't know for certain because I won't ever go looking for that crap either.
