It wasnt this was just updated on Jan 31 2021 its not gone through court yet.

This was filed on 8/31/20, was dismissed on 9/24/20 due to standing. Cannot be refiled unless specific reasons

https://www.pacermonitor.com/public/case/36094903/Latham_et_al_v_The_1953_Trust_et_al You will see via this that the case was dismissed in Sept. The last filing for an appeal was Dec, 2020. The appeal has not been activated or received according to the court.
