WHEN did the military ever "follow" him???

Since he's been inaugurated it seems that the military is handling ol' Pedo Joe as a foreign dignitary, although "dignitary" is a very strong word to describe Pedo Joe and probably inaccurate . . .

Maybe their treating him like a foreign political prisoner?
