Does anyone know of video footage or court transcripts wherein election fraud is specifically alleged in front of a judge?
He is harping on some talking point he heard in the MSM that Trump's lawyers all said there was no fraud in the courts. And he just stated that if I could come up with one documented case of fraud being alleged in front of a judge he would "keep an open mind on the fraud".
I have been researching myself and it seems all the court cases that specifically alleged fraud were thrown out before they even got before a judge. But if anyone was aware of something I missed, or even just a good response to this particular point that my friend is so stuck on, that would be appreciated.
Reframe the conversation, so it's less about Trump and the fraud and more about how the MSM is peddling bullshit and are complicit in it. That is a far more important key aspect.
Many take the approach of arguing the merits of the fraud or the cases on Trump's behalf. The problem with that approach is everyone will dismiss it as it appears more "verifiable" that they failed and makes you appear to be someone who screams at the wind. The other problem with this approach is burden of proof which falls entirely on you and some will just tune out upon hearing Trump's name.
So, reframe the conversation to not be about Trump but what the MSM is telling your friend and try and get them to question it. Challenge them to prove you wrong as it should be "dead easy" for them, right? Then ask them questions as to why do they think something would be portrayed this way. Get them thinking.
Here are two examples to get you started:
Here is a thread I made a while ago about it: https://greatawakening.win/p/11SJoXY5VZ/msnbc-and-cnn-election-night-str/ - you will also find torrent magnets for the streams so you can download them. Find instances of the flipping (they are plenty but you'll need patience and pen and paper). Ask your friend to explain this, ask them to find these streams and when they can't, explain why would they remove their coverage of a pivotal evening? Ask them to explain why the networks never acknowledged the flipping occurring and keep pushing the "fraud BS" narrative when you can see it here on their own networks?
And sure, the heavily edited Wikipedia article attempts to use a Politico source to debunk it... but there is still no pictures, so nice "some guy said" story.
Good luck. :D
