That's an interesting observation, but almost everything else is the same, including the internal marble pattern on the column, the wallpaper seams, and the coffee table wood grain. If they would have gone through all the trouble of getting those tiny details right, I don't think an electrical cover would have been missed. My guess is that Biden's staff had them installed as part of the remodel.
