Was President Trump not smart enough to realize the deadlines to his EO would fall during the Biden administration and POTUS would expect Biden to fulfill the actions necessary to carry out this order?

Absolutely not, I think this solidifies the idea that Biden is a fake president, He is merely a place holder till all the evidence was gathered and gives the military the time to decide what actions needed to be carried out.

POTUS is still in control, he would not have delegated this authority to sleepy Joe.

The best is yet to come.

I don't know that the findings would be brought to Trump. Likely, Trump already knew the evidence prior to the legal procedures. I think the biggest takeaway is the order gives the Military authority to carry out responsive measures. I find it highly unlikely this EO had nothing to do with the coup in Myanmar.

Myanmar could be a mirror. same rigged election via same figged voting machines show deep govt corruption. Mil counter coup to remove crooks. maybe foreshadowing of same action in progress here? programming folks to get it.
