My son is driving home and is around Keene, Texas. There were 2 launches shot out at a high rate of speed coming from NW area heading south? Anyone know what this is?

at first, he asked about rocket testing in the area, asked me to see if there was testing in the area. From the area of Breckenridge, Texas, maybe.
