In short, I THINK it's Kabuki bullshit to wake masses.

-I mean, everything plays out as if he's president. Because if we claim he is, then proceed to not allow acts as IF he is -close supervision- then well, how can we truly wake the blind?-

So he is but isn't. Or maybe I'm just hoping.
