I'm a recent Georgia voter on a Dominion machine. I showed up at the poll with my ID in hand and voted on a touchscreen. A ballot was printed, presumably with a valid barcode, right in front of my eyes by the Dominion machine, which I then carried a few feet to another machine to be scanned and counted. I don't see a need for vendors like this.
