I live in the raining hellhole of the UK... :/. Also,I've got a problem with temperatures above 60*F,Unbearable and stuffy for me but everybody else freezes.

I'm in NC. I know a woman who lived in Guam for a while. After she came back, it was spring, and she was wearing a heavy coat while everyone else was in shorts and sandals.
