I really am not a newbie to this, but what does KeK stand for?? I've looked everywhere for it and can not find anything. If I had to guess, it is equivalent to "LOL" for Anons? HaHa!

As I WoW player for the better part of 14 years...I can confirm that KeK is LOL translated...but there was another post that ties it to a number of other things as well...which would make sense since the WoW devs have a lot of pretty funny little easter eggs hidden through out the game...from named NPCs to quest dialogue...so for them to adopt a language format that uses and existing KeK to LoL would not be out of character at all
