When I log on to GAW it appears as the old web page for a split second and then switches to the new colour version. Is this a glitch or has someone gotten access to the control of the site? Just asking because I am a technotard.

Are you on your phone? My phone does this, my computer does not. It must have something to do with the mobile site coding.
