Perhaps it was filmed from the other side of the street with a zoom lens. I do not think it was filmed inside a car.
You can see in the original video that it was filmed from inside a car
Some are saying it wasn't on that day and others pointing out it was security protocol so even if it was on that day it wasn't a sign of disrespect. The military have shown respect to Biden several times and if you think you could do that to the president without being disciplined you've got another thing coming!
