Buttigieg is a bad seed C!A mil , but with Biden up there because it's a reward for being part of the trafficking lines in the islands. Transportation? Makes sense! Near Water Island notably, because it's partially owned by Biden. Sub bases, there. This was reported by George Webb, a while ago.
