I buy it from a farmer who makes it herself Its kind of a pain to make but its doable i did it before. If you have raw cream(how to get: which you separate from raw milk after letting it stand for atleast a day you can just scoop off the cream with a soup spoon and put the cream into a blender and after 5-15 minutes depending on temp etc until it becomes yellow butter swimming in butter milk and you just squeeze out the buttermilk from the yellow butter if there is any left after separating from the butter milk.
Being raw just means that the milk is unpasteurized, pasteurized milk products dont achieve the same medicinal effect as raw unsalted and actually cause osteoporosis arthritis etc and according to Vonderplanitz it takes animals x5 longer to heal wounds on cooked/frozen/processed meats than it did with raw meat.
is the stick version in the grocery store considered raw butter? how to get raw butter?
