if the lawyers were going to bring it up would they say they were?? hell no,. because if they did they would not have the trial. they want them to have the trial so they can bring up the evidence. duh.

If you release the evidence beforehand, you are 1) giving your enemy extra time to combat it, and I THINK 2) it makes that evidence inadmissible or some shit.

I am sure of 1, definitely NOT sure about 2 though, so don't quote me on it lol
