For all asking who is this dude, let us spill some hints.. The reporters are first asking in Russian: Za shto vas zaderzhali? Why have you been detained? He then replies in English: Sorry The next question from the reporters comes back in English: Where are you from?

The info coming from Russian servers says that this is a British citizen, working for the Central Bank.. with ties to MI6/SIS intelligence. Name unknown..
