You expose their crimes to the public such that their family will be ashamed to show their face in public. If any family members are suspected of seeking revenge, the NSA would likely monitor them and catch more rats.

Agree, I think when all is said and done, all these traitors should be exposed to the public. Their families can deal with the shame.
