Yes, I agree, this looks like the recycled letters my family got from a guy in prison, the style is not original, it looks, feels coached.. we had a horrible home invasion by violent drug addict perp, who ended up in prison, but corrections dept wanted to let loose, his prison councellors had him send these letters claiming he was rehabbed, getting education, etc to look good at the parole hearing, we looked up the text, these are cut & paste templates... I bet you can find it online... copy pasta rant...
