Ammo wouldn't be moved in uhaul trucks. There was an lmtw with placards towards the beginning and that could have been ammo bit the others were probably just troop movement. Any vehicle carrying ammo or explosives must have the placards. The uhaul trucks could very well be carrying equipment like riot gear.

Yes, ammo has placards. The first truck looked like it had permanent placards flipped to the blanks (so carrying nothing crazy).
