That's not how any of this works in real life. Military tribunals aren't magical places where higher justice gets served for all baddies. You can't just take a civilian to a military tribunal. A pedophile solder (or any military), yes - because that's the point of a military tribunal - but not a pedophile civilian.
It's increasingly common to see people having the wrong assumption that military tribunals are like when you ask your dad "hey dad can I do thing X" and then he answers "I don't know go ask your mom", or when your mom condones some stupid shit you did but then says "just don't tell your dad". Point is, a military tribunal is not some higher power than a civilian tribunal - it's not like when your mom has a higher jurisdiction than your dad, or when your dad will punish you more severely for a thing your mom turned a blind eye to.
Civilian and military tribunals are completely separate entities that tend to different people. Military tribunals deal with crimes that happened inside the military (like a soldier that commited sabotage) or between militaries (like army/navy or american army/canadian army)
How does that relate to my comment in any way? You're saying that Soros is a rothschild / big evil. What I'm saying is that civilians (like Soros) don't get taken to military tribunals because that's not what military tribunals do, not what they were invented for, not how they work.
It doesn't matter how evil Soros is - he'll never step into a military tribunal, because he's not military. Military tribunals exist for military people - like soldiers, lieutenants, captains, etc - the same way a normal court or tribunal is for civilians. Military tribunals are for crimes committed by the military, for instance a soldier who sabotaged a plane or something.
For some god forsaken reason people in this community are astonishingly oblivious to this. For real, has no one ever been in the military? Not a single vet around here? What gives? People think any big baddie in america (like Soros) will be dragged into a military tribunal just because. Truth is, the military itself wouldn't even let Soros in - because he's civilian and not military.
I'm sorry if I come across as uptight but it just pains me to see people think a square peg goes into a round hole, is all. Civilians go into civilian tribunals, while military people go into military tribunals - the same way a square peg goes into a square hole and a round one into a round hole. Military and civilian tribunals are two separate entities with two separate roles.
If one would need to make a whole essay with links and sources just to clarify such basic laws, I'm afraid the whole endeavor would be moot to begin with, as it means people would simply not want to hear any of it, as it goes against what they desperately hope for. It implies people don't have a single clue about what are military tribunals to begin with, and by this point I honestly kind of fear they don't want to --- meaning I'd be called a shill or whatever latest insult people throw around, for poking a hole in the hopeful 'military tribunal' fantasy.
The one single hypothesis I can think of that involves a military tribunal handling a civilian defendant in such a specific fashion is if it happened after a literal military coup, with a full blown military government, the ones you would have in south american banana republics decades ago (or some recent shithole country etc). That, or after an actual literal war. And I obviously do not vouch for any of those 2 scenarios --- as per the rules of this very community which moderators have dutifully emphasized time and time again. As such, I'll refrain from commenting further on this topic.
