Matt Damon fled to Australia too. I think for a lot of these guys, they probably thought they could hide from the military and use the laws and extradition treaties of other countries to protect them against child trafficking charges. But in truth if the military has decided to take someone down for child trafficking, I doubt just moving to Greece or Australia is going to be enough to protect them from the military’s reach.
